What have you been doing since graduation? I played 4 years of baseball at VMI while majoring in Economics in Business. I Got engaged in 2018 and graduated from VMI in 2019. After graduation I got a job working Commercial Construction, bought a house, and plan on getting married in September of 2020.
What are you doing now? I am a Project Engineer for Atlantic Constructors.
Do you have one specific play or game you remember that stands out in your mind? If yes, please tell us what. My favorite game/play while playing for Cosby was hitting a go ahead home run in the top of the last inning to beat Thomas Dale in the regional championship. What made it memorable was that two of my roommates from VMI were on the opposing team.
What is one of your favorite memories of Cosby Baseball? One of my favorite memories of Cosby baseball was being part of the 2014 team. We were a very talented and close group of guys that loved playing baseball. There was a lot of chemistry on that team which is why we had a very successful season.
How did Cosby Baseball help shape or prepare you for your future? Cosby baseball helped me make it to the next step in my baseball career. Everyone on that team wanted to play at the next level and we all pushed each other to help make that happen. Coach Lowery was not only a great coach, but a great mentor. He taught us how to go about the game the right way and had a huge impact with my success on and off the field. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
