Cosby Baseball
All-Decade Team
In recognition of the Cosby High School's 10th anniversary, team officials, coaches, official scorers and selected fans have nominated and elected an All-Decade Team. The team is comprised of the top performers from the baseball team during its first ten years of existence. The elected members of this elite group were chosen based on their performances on the field, their statitics, awards won, character as a teammate, student and citizen.
There are two names per position with the exception of outfielders and pitchers. There are 3 outfield positions, so six outfielders were selected. Pitchers were categorized into Starting and Relief pitchers. This was based on where the player played most of his time while on varsity. 3 starters and 3 relief pitcers were selected.
